IBM paper blog post

The article was a bunch of pro gaming propaganda perpetuated by the computer industry.

Some chick got a promotion because she learned how to take the lead while playing a game.

I'm just kidding.  It is an interesting read about how the online gaming community mirrors the rest of the workd and stuff like that.  It makes me not care that I live at gramma's house and only eat pizza. There really is something to the claim that gaming is just another form of social interaction.  Now that "gamers" aren't seen as just playing with themselves in the dark but actually building, creating and interacting with these virtual worlds they cohabit the idea of gaming is moving closer to the realm of socially acceptable.

All in all, interesting article relating mmorpg leadership to the business sector.
